- Professional cleanings (2 per year. Perio plan includes 4)
- Doctor examinations (2 per year)

Pricing
All our plans include:
- Child (12 and under): $30/month*
- Adult (13 and over): $35/month*
- Perio Plan: $70/month*
*Monthly cost per member. The plan applies for 1 calendar year from the date of enrollment.

Can I use this plan with my dental insurance?
No. Our savings plan cannot be combined with insurance or third-party coverage.
