“They made space for me and my baby”

“I made the appointment weeks ago and made sure to let them know at the time, I have a breastfed, attached-to-the-hip baby. They informed me that having the baby was no problem and they’d see me later. They were kind and helpful, constantly reassuring me it’s okay and we will do what we need to for things to work. Numerous ladies offered their empty arms to hold him. They walked around the office and talked to him. He stayed happy the whole time!

As for dental care, this was the best experience I’ve ever had. They explained everything to me in detail. We discussed in the event of a cavity how we would always look to remineralize it before “fixing it” with fillings (green flag #1).

They checked for lip and tongue tie (which I found out I have, never knew!) The doctor took his time and was thorough on his exam, explaining everything.

Couldn’t be more pleased with this all-around experience as a mom and just a patient seeking holistic dentistry!”

“We had our first visit here today, and I was truly so, SO impressed. The entire staff was so kind, the exam and technology were incredibly thorough, and the holistic approach and language were much appreciated. They assessed way more than I’ve ever had assessed at any other conventional dentist, like my airway, TMJ, and past dental work.

They also saw my son for his first visit ever. Toddlers can be tricky, and everyone there just won him over.

Most past experiences felt condescending when I talked about wanting an alternative approach. Not here; they initiated the conversations and answered all of my questions in a very positive way.

“Sometimes it’s hard to put into words when explaining the importance of receiving a great experience. The ENTIRE staff was great: Crystal at the front desk, hygienist Kristi, and Dr. Roberts. I’ve had some not-so-good experiences in the past (some pretty awful), and I now have horrible anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist; however, that is not the case here.

The environment feels comfortable, calm, and safe. Kristi took time to really listen to me, and she explained everything as she went. Dr. Roberts has a very calming demeanor, and I appreciated that they gave me some less expensive and less invasive options that weren’t offered elsewhere. “Truly an incredible experience! From start to finish. We thought we might not be able to make it due to traffic on the way, but Crystal worked to get us in anyway, which meant a lot!

I took my 3-year-old son in due to cavity concerns, and Kristi, the dental hygienist worked so well with him that he was able to get the necessary x-rays to confirm what was going on, and Dr. Roberts was also very gentle and clear with us! They treated us with such care, and my son left there saying, “That was so fun!”.

I fully trust them with the treatment plan and how it will be executed. I am thankful to have landed at this awesome practice :)”
